Markus only started working out because of pure paranoia and "I fought that guy off once I wanna be able to do it again" literally the only reason He may classify as a twunk?? Then started working out and got a good diet so hes more slimmer and stronger He still dont get enough sleep though he like. Became a light sleeper and wakes up at the slightest bit of sound He also occasionally sleepwalks/talks but it's more common when hes in deep sleep and having a nightmare
