nude art is fine, though honestly
it doesnt ruin anyones privacy as art isn’t necessarily all real people and most likely the person (who should be an adult) in the art that depicts real people would have consent. nudity in art has been around 4 decades, so when the art depicts real intentions to have sexual content ig thatd b considered nsfw
for tha second question
if the person is a perfectly reasonable adult (n isnt showing it to minors purposefuly or anything), i think that its fine. however when drawn by minors that are most likely -15 then id b very uncomfortable

How is it illegal tho? I get how it can make you uncomfy since it a minor
minors can draw nsfw but its a lil illegal to post it online, or distribute it digitally in any way
1. because minors don’t have as much knowledge?? or sometiing like that?? thheyre not mature enough to be having sex, thus the consent age law
2. it isnt super duper illegal, as people can literally b free to draw whatever they want, but considering the consent law, it can imply theyve been exposed to content like this,
3. being exposed to content loke this isnt illegal, but then again, ther is a reason for the consent law
Yeah but its still just drawings. Being exposed to stuff like that especially on the internet is pretty weird but if its just for anatomy practice and stuff like that I understand
I'm guessing maybe stuff like exposed back, chest or a lot of thighs could be a mild NSFW thing-
NSFW anything sexual. I don't have a problem with it until it gets to children and Lollis.
also stuff about suicide and gore but that's fine too. As long as no one is being an @$$
