People just do this bc they kno that they're anonymous, and that little to no one on this site knows them irl, so "whY wOuLd tHeY hAvE tO wOrRy??@?@"
exactly which just makes them able to get away with shit, but with people looking out at least and calling people out for the things they did wrong might help i hope for the sake of this site,
