So I knew Tommy wouldn't stay dead for long, but tbh I expected him to stay dead for longer. And I also highly doubted there would be a "ghost-innit" or whatever. I mean, canonically the only reason Wilbur came back was because he had "unfinished business." And again, wasn't the last time we saw him right *before* the disc finale? And then we heard real wilbur for the first time since his death, so I think his business was finished once Tommy got the discs back, the things that started L'manberg in the first place... But anyway, Tommy did everything he ever wanted to in life, just to have the discs and to have a good time, so he didn't even have a canonical reason to become a ghost in the first place. And this was correct since we heard him talking to Wilbur and seemingly (...near?) Schlatt and Mexican Dream, who are both in I guess, the void, where they go after death. (continued)

Anyway, Tommy came back and appeared next to Dream (remember this) and dream also kinda hinted that "its in my head" and "I don't have the book." I don't think he directly said that but I think that's what he's getting at. He also seemed strangely overly inquisitive and fascinated at what happens after death. (continued)

Now, why is this important? Well some things that I suspected before were debunked through this, and some things were revealed. Such as Tommy came back not at spawn but back *in the prison*. The important thing is... is that because the prison was the place where he died, or purely because that was the location of his reviver... Now if it's because Dream revived him and Dream was in the prison, then my previous theory still kinda stands. I assume Dream has memorized whatever ritual was in the book that allows you to revive people, but maybe if he still kept the book around somewhere, then Dream could for example, tell Technoblade where it is, kill himself, get revived by Technoblade (who revives him *not in the prison*), all while leaving Tommy in the prison. Pandora's box: where evil escapes, but all hope stays inside...

(I absolutely love character analysis and this sort of thing, so even if no one sees this, at least I can get my own thoughts together) :/
