This was for @Fowwie's contest!

Harmony was once a beautiful angel who had large, elegant wings. Her wings weren’t just white, they were all sorts of colors. Yellow, blue, pink, and purple. She lived in a small village amongst the clouds. But one day her small village was infiltrated by a group of blood thirsty demons. Most of the village was already destroyed by the time Harmony and her family were able to get away. Little did they know, the demons had followed them, hiding in the shadows. Once the family was safe in a small cave, the demons attacked. Everyone, but Harmony’s life, had been taken. Know one knows why Harmony wasn't attacked, but we believe it was because of her colorful wings. Harmony was devastated. She ran away from the incident horrified. She seeked refuge in a tree hoping that this was simply all a bad dream. But she knew it wasn’t and started to sob. Her large wings suddenly began to shrink. The joy she once felt was slipping away and so was her angelic soul. (continued)

Till this day Harmony’s wings only reach the size of her arm span and she lives within a human society. Harmony says she can’t feel joy or happiness, but hopes to find it again someday. Her wings can’t be seen by a mere mortal, but perhaps there is one boy who can see them. Does this boy also have an angelic soul within him? This is still a mystery. (end)
