basically. i would get random verification codes for all these different platforms, doordash, tiktok, facebook, over and over again. it was ridiculous. well TODAY i got put in a group chat. well i have a weird ass phone, group chats dont work, so i assumed the unknown numbers were friends of friends adding me. so i was like 'hey take me out pls,' anyways a guy responds with 'why are you texting me when im in the middle of a ****ing meeting?', that made me realize. shit this is adult. i apologized and explained, he never responded. come a few minutes another man texts me, he realizes that mine and his number has been flipped a lot, so he apologizes, explains hes dave, and that he was fixing the mix up. so me, at 16, had a lovely conversation with dave, an adult man who probably works in a office building, over phone mixups, which he then jokingly blamed the Russians.
