Aloe's quirk is called energy freeze. She can freeze energy making either energy blast orbs, or she can freeze time itself. The backlash of her quirk, or quirks, is when she freezes time, she gets tired, and has to wait 3 times the amount of time she froze. When I doodled Aloe's possible death it revealed the orb backlash, if over used, she'll have gashes break out on her body and slowly lose her quirk for up to 4 hours. Gear, diamond crown- Mei Hatsume made it for her. It helps her build up energy for quirk use, like Bakugos gauntlents. She wears it all the time though, just incase. Green Glasses- also made by Mei Hatsume, its basically just a countdown to tell her how long till she can freeze time, how long till time unfreezes, and how long shes freezing time for.
