It was on Halloween night, when all people were trick or treating. I was getting candy from houses having a good time... but i was alone.

at least... i thought i was.

it was getting close to 12:00pm, so i started to walk home. the lights were out, no one was near and i started to fear my surroundings. all those decorations of monsters and ghosts where scarier than usual.

i felt scared and hopeless. i saw my house, the lights were out i thought they would be. i walked in very quietly and shut the door behind me with care because i didn't want to make a sound.

i started to sneak to my room, my mom and dad where asleep in their bed. i looked at them to make sure they didn't get up as i was getting into my bed. they were dead asleep.

I finally got into my bed and got comfortable, as i slowly close my eyes, i look at the window across from me and see a tiny pumpkin lit up on the windowsill, lit up. i close my eye and start to dream, but little did i know, that it was going to be a nightmare...

I started to dream of a very close friend of mine, she was beautiful, funny, kind and lovable, but i didn't know how to tell her that i liked her, sense it seemed very childish to tell her i like liked her.

She dressed up like a vampire for Halloween. /would you like me to continue?/

/ok^^/ She looked good, so i dreamed about her wearing her costume. we were in a void together holding hands smiling at each other with joy. she was bout to kiss me on the mouth, when all of a sudden, she bit me on the neck, i started to bleed and i died.

I then woke up at 2:56am. i noticed the pumpkin wasn't on my windowsill anymore but yet by my feet. i asked myself "wait, i thought it was over the-" i then paused and said to myself " Izaiah, stop freaking out, D-Dad or Mom most likely put it there to tease me.

I then got up, walked passed it and went to my parents room. They were gone. i heard a loud bang in the kitchen. i freaked out for a second, i went back to my room to get my plastic sword that looked real and started to investigate what was happening in the kitchen.

i walked quietly and carefully to the kitchen, the noise got louder by the minute. I peaked my head out of the living room and looked into the kitchen, i saw a dark figure, with fangs red eyes and sharp claws. i quickly stopped looking at it and hid under the couch in the living room in fear.

the figure heard me and walked to the living room looking for me.
