I’m not really sure, but I can say I first felt it when eating bread. My sister thinks that maybe it might just be my illness acting up but idk. Either way the ginger tea may help. 🤔
Gluten certainly does give me issues. I mean- I take supplements for it to digest better but I suppose I have been feeling off eating it in the past week..
You might be gluten free. Try without it for a few weeks and see if you feel better :0
