Cecila is a reporter for the local press. However, she hasn't found a good story in a while. If she doesn't find a worthwhile story, she'll get fired and her life will practically be ruined. While desperately looking for inspiration for her article, she passes by Charlie's store. intrigued by the idea of real flowers, she goes in and takes a look. She meets Charlie and asks if she can write an article on him and his shop.
