am going fuxking insane

my therapist tried to convince me there were evil spirits haunting my house and my grannys house becaue sometimes i stay there on the weekends and that i dont actually have anything wrong with my brain theyre just all targeting me specifically and thats whhy i keep hearing glass breaking and people talking to me and each other and why i see people tapping on my window and walking around the houses yes im actually ****ing haunted

the femimine urge to want to apologize to people for being an annoying bollocks ***** but being rtoo scared of talking to people !!?? even though i talked to them almost every day last summer until winter when i realized they were never paying attention to anything i said and i isolated myself completely from them because i didnt wanna be annoying and it took them 2 months to notice
