I been thinking about this a lot honestly but im gonna be talking to my mom about my plans for myself Mainly me starting transitioning... medically I don't know how she will react but this is long overdue

Theres a lot of risks with this, things can go wrong things might very well go wrong but I am willing to risk it because I know how much I need this. First I have to get medically diagnosed with dysphoria by a professional Which I have not yet done, most of my records have my preffered gender and pronouns but I need to see a professional for the hormones I will be taking
