I just want to ask, how do you create the smooth texture in the background? I saw this in some anims, I just want to know how
So first I fill the bottom layer with one solid base color. On the next highest layer I use the largest size brush and put the opacity on around .02, then just sorta dab around with lighter and darker shades. Honestly, for me the background is the quickest part of the piece. :)
