ofc, i want to make sure both parties are happy so i try my best to solve situations with out any drama or only a little so i hope Felicitous Agree's to the help.

This person knows me quite well they keep making alts and i say inspired by peoples ocs without credit and making keep doing that

ah,i understand, and i get it flipanim is a overwelming negitave place but i like to be and see the good parts of it so maybe when u feel like your being toxic think of a way to reword or rethink a situation, maybe this person is scared to ask for permission to make a oc similar to yours yes they could know what their doing but it also helps to be civil so we dont scare them off and try to resovle the problem instead of delay it
