Typically from traumatic or stressful situations(some stressful situations can be traumatic) Endo “systems” (people who think you can be a system without trauma as the source) do not exist. Granted; people who claim to be endogenic can definitely be a system, as you don’t REMEMBER your trauma. However, sometimes it isn’t a system at all. Referring to yourself with we/us can also just be a personal preference. Singlets can refer to themselves with we/us, systems can refer to themselves with we/us, generally that’s just a matter of personal preference.
