She is a ****ing ***** that'll rip out your spine without a second thought. She doesn't care about you or your opinions and will happily eat you after forcing you to suffer. She gains more power off of others suffering. She can help people by healing and taking away disease and stuff of that such, but won't unless she has a reward for doing so. She doesn't take off the bull skull like at all. Yes she has died before and yes she is alive now. Yes she isn't very attractive but I don't care, I didn't want her to be attractive. And yes the anatomy is a bit wonky on purpose. And yes the tattoos on her body have meanings behind them. She died from blood loss after being dismembered then shortly after being eaten by cannibals after dying.

So- you’re saying I could be be getting my head cut off but I need her help- what if I said “***** HELP ME I WILL PAY YOU”.

You would only want to go to her as a last resort if someone is dying, she can't make gold or money appear, she is connected with nature and can help cure diseases and stuff of that such, but if you don't give her what she wants which is a pretty hefty price, she will kill you.
