Not completely thought out but I'm working on it: The queen of the Seawings (Queen Shrimp) and some of her siblings killed off the original Seawing royal family in order to re-start the royal family line as pure Seawings. There's few members of the royal family left but they've fled from the Seawing kingdom and hid in the other kingdoms of Pyrrhia. Queen Shrimp knows that there's a member of the original royal family in the Icewing kingdom so she's declared war against the Icewings and will make sure it continues until she receives and gets rid that Seawing.
