Like what do you mean vintage look? Do you mean the style of the characters, or do you want to make it look like a fake 90s screenshot?

Alright, but it's difficult to make the filter so I can give you the file. However, make sure you duplicate your lineart layers and change each of them to red, blue, and green. (but make sure the original lineart is still black and on top of the other lineart layers.) Then, you move the colored lineart layers slightly to create this "blurry look."
