1- My paranoia has been getting a bit better. I still feel like I’m being recorded but not when I’m tired 2- Still losing my appetite trying to eat more lately 3- Honestly, my sleep problems have been worse. I didn’t sleep until 5am today. 4- My anger issues have calmed down quite a bit. I still have a chance of lashing out though 5- Still on that nightmare fuel. Horror is the holy water to my existence

Okay, I’d try talking to your father and see if he could get you CBD pills or something. They usually help with paranoia and anxiety, which helps you sleep

Okay The paranoia might be coming from the fact I’ve been watching a lot of horror rapidly but if it continues I’ll try talking to my dad about it Thanks Jello OwO
