Koko backed up startled by him falling, dropping a basket ful of flowers and mushrooms.

they gasp slightly as he sat up, thinking he had been knocked out.

they waved. then slowly got up to clean the flower mess.

they only smiled. "why were you in the tree?"

"i hurt my wing a few days ago, its still healing."

"the flowers?" the looked down at the ground.

"i'm sure you're good for other things too." they walked past him and picked up the last flower. and turned back to him. "shouldn't put yourself down like that."

"that sounds useful, i can only grow plants and stuff."

"until they get out of control and ruin your house"

"ill keep that in mind." they laughed and turned away. "i have to get home and make dinner. it was nice meeting you sir."

they looked back and lifted the hurt wing.
