ok so cj has like a negligent family and he wished for a better and new family. one day he fell down a random drop knocking him out he then woke up in a different house with a "better" family they were all monsters just non human things but he didn't care they were "better" and basically he went missing in the real world posters everywhere and his parents couldn't care less it was his brother and friends putting up the posters but in the monster world where his "better" family was he was living the best life he could until one day the tentacle guy (siren) found him in the living room and strangled him while the other monster parent made an attempt to murder him but only ruining his eye basically they needed his soul for power
