And inner peace is nothing that truly last due to the constant conflict within ones self, so inner peace is finding the acceptence with those struggles and learning to balance it
Then I will never truly reach inner peace, I can’t even except myself hecc. I’m becoming more worn out faster these days lol.

Well meditation and just taking time to process things helps trust it sucks and it can hurt but it helps in the long run to evaluate things
