LinkAre there seriously no deltarune nerds on here? Society has gone downhill
So in the game (chapter 2) we get introduced to spamton who lives in a dumpster, all we know at this point is that he used to be a "big shot" and only went downhill from there>
(theres a lot of stuff he mentions whilst you battle neo spamton but i forgot a lot of what he specifically says, but it correlates to a lot of dialouge that tenna has in the next chapter so we know that they're definently familiar to eachother)
ch3 is where we get introduced to tenna, and since hes the main focus of the chapter, we learn a lot more about them both and their relationship. During the sword route(illexplainwhatthatislater) tenna states that he was going to make spamton a star, if spamton explained his secret to being a BIG SHOT (aka success) across the media. However, just as spamton was about to sign the deal to working w tenna he recieved a phone call, which supposedly ended his career,, causing him to sprint out of the room and betray tenna by leaving him. I think tenna saw it as more of a betrayal than spamton bu

-but i could be wrong. i think a big part of their dynamic is that, tenna is a tv from the 90's/80's whereas spamton is more experienced with advertising from the 90-2000's.
i cant explain this part well so im gonna copy paste this from a reddit user but "they used to be close business partners/colleagues from what I can tell - potentially showing the integration of TV and the internet/advertising through the late 90s/2000s." which i think is pretty awesome. theres probably stuff i missed but this is the jist of it
