maybe you should stick like cotton buds or waxwbuds in your ears to block the sound??? not the small ones the big fluffy ones!!! I do that sometimes
i dont lik the feeling of things inside my ears it's awful i cant stand it😠it's why i hate using my earbuds esp because i think im allergic to the material,,,, which is why the headphones were much better because they went OVER my ears which was much more comfortable
oh yeah that makes sense,, i hope you find a solution im sorry I dont have great advice :((
