I suggest make sure you exhale when you do, way less loud. and make sure its a high enough thing ur hanging the rope off of. Grab a chair or something to step off of.

I remember when i tried it the raling on the porch wasnt tall enough, so i couldnt properly do it. And i also coughed really loudly.
