Speak like your singing at your lowest note

there are vocal exercises on yt to help lower ur voice over time, but some big things are having a more monotone voice, or instead of raising pitch to exaggerate words/phrases, just speak slower, and speak from ur chest

i sing songs that have a range just slightly lower than what i talk at nornally and then try to speak in that tone continuously after the song is finished
