For the blood element it’s only when he willingly consumes his own blood. If he does so he’s basically passed by an entity who claims to be a god of death and pain. This god will attempt to make aqui his permanent host by constantly consuming blood each day for a week. If he does this aqui will no longer be aqui, and this “god” will cause all of humanity to perish
