Linkso anyway your oc was walking home from somewhere and it was very cold and very rainy outside, and suddenly a short man with a white stripe in his hair with a German accent (lets pretend hes a stranger here) casually asked if you had a quarter

Elliot looked at the man and sighed, wanting to get home because of the weather.
"I might... one second..."
He went through his pockets until he felt a coin in one.
To his luck, it was a quarter,
"Here." He said with a slightly irritated tone bc
Hes a dick
"Yeah yeah whatever"
He was about to keep walking when he thought he'd just ask for kicks,
"What do you need it for anyways?"
"oh-,, well uh, someone kind of,,, left me out here,, im trying to contact him so maybe i can get back,,"
"...have a nice night..."
Elliot continued to walk,
but when he was out of view he hid... somewhere 💀
Just to see how it'd play out
"mm thank you," he went to the phone thing and well, after a few breif speech exchanges it turns into a fight
He eventually just slammed the phone back into its holster after yelling something in a foreign language, obviously hurt stressed and angry rn
He sighed again, knowing he should probably go back and try to help
He decided he'd just pretend he needed to walk back that way because he forgot something.
So he headed in that direction.
Elliot passed by him and acted like he totally didnt watch that whole thing,
"...You're still here?"
He jumped, staring up at him in obvious 'you werent supposed to see that' bit he just cools down and nods "yeah yeah uh,, mhm,,"
Elliot sighed one more time bc hes just a guy that sighs a lot,
"Do you need somewhere to stay?"
"It's cold and rainy out. If you cant find a place you'll be sleeping in this weather..." Elliot looked around, "Do you really want that?"
"Mhm" He grinned because he was right, "My place isnt that far from here. At least you'll have a roof over your head for tonight?"
"Elliot. It's a pleasure..." He attempted a friendly smile but he just kinda looks like a guy you shouldnt trust lmao
He was, quiet, he didnt completely trust him at the moment but had really no choice
After about a maybe 10 minutes of walking he went up to the door of a house and opened it with a key, holding the door open for Jacolai.
The inside of his house looked... relatively normal.
The only thing out of place was that there were some photos on one wall.
They were him with people, but the other people in the photos had their faces scribbled out.
Elliot shut the door behind Jacolai and set down his keys.
He sat on the floor out of the way, deciding not to question the pictures
Elliot went to his kitchen and asked from distance,
"Do you want anything? Water?"
He came back and saw him sitting on the floor.
He chuckled,
"You know, I have a guest room? That might work out better for you"

other than that though its a normal bedroom
Elliot came to the room door and said,
"So... good night? I guess? Do whatever you want to. Just don't go into this room."
He pointed to the one parallel to the guest room
"Thats my room and I dont like people in there, alright?"
"Oh..." He slightly chuckled,
"If I took them down, the walls would look too bare, but the people in the photos are..." He narrowed his eyes, "gone."
"I made sure of that..." He muttered for a menacing effect 💀
Elliot's footsteps could be heard walking out of the hallway and to other side of the house, fading sound with each step.
Gonna say its maybe like 8am
There was some sounds coming from the kitchen
like a person going through cabinets ig

He thought for a bit "i dont know if those phone machines take paper,,"
"thank you so much" he took gently but quickly and just put in number thing
He called the person,and for a few minutes all was okay until the person on the other end started getting mean
Olias: *he watched, though he was confused as to why the other was being mean*
Eventually it broke out into an argument and skunk man hung up and handed back the phone
He chewed on his lip to prevent sobbing "i dont think im getting back,,,"

Olias: "Would you like to stay with me until you can get home...?"

Olias: *he finally reached his home, and opened the door for him*
"oh damn- well thats alright" he gives a hesitant weak smile "id ask if you had phone but that would be a bit suspicious
He sighed quietly as his face kind of dropped, he is obviously a bit stressed out "im sorry to bother you- ill go"
Voitle nodded.
"Not much, though. How much do you need?"
He's never this charitable or trusting. Maybe it's been a rough night.

He pulled a quarter out of his pocket and handed it to the man.
"Say, what are you doing out here all alone in the rain?" He said.

after thanking him for the quarter he paused "kind of,, got ditched

"Oh, I'm sorry, that sounds very unfortunate.."
He paused looking anxious but then made a decision.
"Is there any way I can help? You uh, need a ride?"

he hesitated "mm,, yeah that would be nice" he gave a reluctant smile
(He has a workshop! He's kinda a mechanic business man type character and he works on robots and stuff. Oh also sorry I'm bad at rps-
"Alrighty then, uh, let's go!" He said with a nervous smile and started leaded him to his workshop. He looked anxious/reluctant the whole time the two were walking.

he followed but well, he can tell hes anxious because since he doesnt understand the english language well he mostly relies on body language "are,, are you alright?"
(Also, I have to go to bed at like 8:30 because my parents are really strict 😀🔫
They walked up to a house. It looked a little unkept. There was another beside it, which was slightly taller than the tiny house. He opened the door and reached in, turning on the light and revealing tons of tools, parts, scientific/futuristic/mechanical looking things, etc. The smell of metallicness was thick.
(The "house" beside it was more of a garage type thing with lot's of locks on the front. I forgot to mention that lmao-
There was an old/vintage looking red car inside. He gestured to it and said "here she is! So, where are we headed?" He asked.
"Buddy, you, uh...okay??"
"Oh, heh, don't-"
"Don't mind all that! It's just...something I'm working on...."
He lingers around the car and pulls out a note out of his pocket and hands it to him "i,, cant really read it but i was told this is the adress
He took the note and read it.
"Oh, that's not too far away! Here, get in."
He opened the car door and walked to the drivers side, hopping in and putting on the seatbelt.
There was visible blood stains on the seats and other places, but they had been mostly removed.
He let out a small laugh, and backed out, but then he stopped the car and got out. he ran up, shut the door back and locked all the locks on it again. Then, he quickly got back in the car and drove off.
"That's getting kind of annoying to do every time, heh.." He said.
As they were driving, he started some small talk.
"So, what's your name?"
"well, jacolai but you can call me whatever youd like" he smiles a bit "you?
He smiled. They were pretty close to the place.
It was silent for a while, but William started coughing, trying to hide it, and some blood dripped out of his mouth and ran down his neck, soaking into the bandage around it. He quickly wiped it away.
He noticed before he wiped it away, since he glanced over the moment he heard coughing "i knew you werent alright"
He was silent.
"I'm fine, it's just-"
He cut himself off.
"I don't really want to talk about it."
They soon arrived at the place.
"Well this is it. Are you ready to get out?"
He hesitated and nodded, a bit reluctant but then he pauses "you still want to keep in contact?"
"Sure! Uh-"
He looked around, then opened the console and pulled out some post it/stcky notes and wrote a phone number down on it and handed it to him.
"Call me if you need anything, Jacolai."
"No problem!" He said. He unlocked the passenger door to let him get out.
"goodbye, and again, thank you for your help" he hopped out with a smile
"Goodbye." He said. He rolled the window back up and pulled off, going back to his workshop to continue his work.

Before alvin could get too far there was already what sounds to be a fight of some sort
He just yelled something very nasty in german to the other person onthe phone and slammed it back onto the holder
At this point he was just, sobbing, in a state of stressed pain and anger
He just choked out something quiet in his first language, just, sobbing
He flinched a tiny bit but apon realizing affection he seemed to relax

"U-Uhm, no, sorry m-mister.", Dexter looks a bit startled.

"oh i see- im sorry for wasting your time" he steps back
"oh- i just, i got a bit,, ditched" he chuckled nervously "and well i have no clue where i am"
"im,, im so sorry but,, im not from here so,, i dont really,, even know with a name" he was pretty quiet now lol
"oh,, alright" he decided to cooperate because hes quite desperate at this point
He looks, mildly disturbed but since he really has no reason to be picky he follows
"uh,, Jacolai, but you can call me something else if youd like,, how about you?,,"
"Heh, yeah... You too.", Dexter stops for second, and looks around, then turns right. "So uh, on a scale of one to ten, how badly do you need a quarter?", he says while they're approaching another drain opening, and he looks at a piece of tape with something written on it, "Aha, okay.".
"We'll either way I think I can help now.", he opens the drain and they both climb out, Dexter looks around, then says proudly, "Now I know where we are!", he leans against the building they're next to, "And I know somebody who can... definitely spare a quarter or two.". they walk out, and Jacolai notices that they're outside a sweet shop/bakery type place. "In here.", says Dexter.

Sabastion is staring oddly, when he notices Dexter, "Oh, hello... Dexter?", he looks at Jacolai, "And who is this?", he looks at him with a sort of, creepy curious look.
"Ooh, I'm sorry...", Sabastion hides his face with his hat, and peaks out from behind it, "Are you okay? Did I scare you?", he says in a very concerned tone. Dexter then quickly changes the subject(he doesn't want victor to get upset.), "Uh, This- This is Jacolai, he's a bit lost, and he-... he needs a quarter.". Sabastion puts back on his hat, and looks at Dexter. "I am not a cash deposit? Surely you have your own money, an allowance of some kind?", he covers his face with his hands, then looks back at Dexter, "I'm sorry, I don't mean to be impolite, but, this is the fifth time this week you've asked me for money.", he looks at the counter, the lady working there is looking at the three of them, with a confused expression. Sabastion sighs and looks back at the two, "Fine, but...", he suddenly changes expressions to crazed happiness, "Don't spend it all on bubblegum machines! Ahehehehehe!", he gives Jacolai 4 quarters, then disappears in a puff of smoke, his strange laugh echoing and fading into silence.
He simply stands there, completely stunned

Dexter, doesn't look the slightest bit phased, then he looks at Jacolai and notices his expression, "Oh heh, yeah, he does that... He's a bit, a bit Unhinge. But my aunt says he's not that bad, and she's pretty chill.", he gestures over to the counter, "That's her, over by the counter.", it's the same lady who looked confused earlier. "Anyways, anything else you might need?".
His stunned turns to a small smile "i like him, hes unusual and its cool"
He thought for a bit and shoved one quarter into his pocket and left the rest on the counter "well, it can wait, you seem a lot nicer than those psychos"
"Uh, nevermind...", Dexter looks at his watch, "Oh, uh, I have to leave, but you can follow me if you want, as long as you... as long as you don't tell anybody where we're going.", he looks down at the floor, then looks back up nervously, "It's not anywhere illegal or anything! It's just, it's just kind of, a secret.".
He smiles "I promise not to say a word"

"Well, I don't have a quarter but I have a dollar, is it good enough?" Mono replied
"i,, i dont know if those phone machines take paper currency though,,"
"Oh, let me just check my wallet if I 'actually' have a quarter on me" He takes out his wallet "I got some cents and as far as I remember 25 cents make one quarter" He hands out 25 cents
Mono looked at him "Say, what are you doing out here in the open while it's raining, you might catch a cold" He asked as he is being soaked in raindrops
"I'm kinda ditched too and I don't want to stay in the rain any longer, can I go with you to the uh 'phone machine' thing"
He thinks for a bit "well,," he gives back the cash "if we are bothstuck here you want to just find soewhere to go wait this rain out?
"Hm, better than nothing" He sat down next to a barrel leaking of oil
"Mono, well I actually don't know what my name is they just called me Monospace"
After a while of him being on phone, fight started with him and other person
"My parents are at work, so it's to us for now." She opened the door and let him in.
"There is snacks and food, help yourself while we talk." She smiled back.
mary: oh.. i'm sorry sir... i do not, but i'll give you my umbrella *hands him the umbrella*

Hunter checks his pockets, which takes a while because guns and knives and too many pockets
He throws a knife on the floor and finds a quarter, which he hands him
He smiles and picks up the knife again and shoves it in one of his many pockets
“What do you need it for?” His voice just sounds really sweet but it’s so damn low
"well,, i kind of got ditched, and well im not sure where i am-"
“I can help with that!” He whips his phone out, looking for the gps
“Mhm! The gps says we’re at xxx xxx xxx!”

“What do ya need the quarter for?” He asks, sounding genuinely curious
“If you want you can call for free with my phone?” He says, dropping the quarter in one of his pockets
