i had to write small so if u cant see the text it says: hole in their stomach from birth defect leaving the guts unprotected also side note, their blood glows when they feel any strong emotion. so yeah if they feel a strong emotion while wearing clothes there will just be a glowing area where their stomach hole is. u cna see it from under the shirt. they often wear some sort of patch or band aid on top of the hole to ensure nothing coming out
