Just went out in the ✨pouring✨ rain on a semi-long bike ride. My hands are numb as well as my knees and my head and ears hurt like hell for some reason. Also last night's thunder storm was yes. Lots of lightening and thunder 👍 Doggo got scared doe. Which is no-no Okay, bye for another several days :)
