Here's the first anim showing Syzygy: Another few things. Syzygy was originally named Ellie, for a little story I had been working on in the early days of somewhere-after-2016. Ellie looked pretty much like Syzygy used to, with the 'split' face (which i will mention later) and pointy triangluar ears, which I implemented into Syzygy's design maybe last year but recently dropped it for another character...

Syzygy's design: Since the inital creation of Ellie, Syzygy was essentially born when I created my Flipanim account, on October 7, 2020. I was looking for a character to use for animating, because I was nervous about sharing my other, more developed characters on the internet (thus why I have both drawing characters and animation characters). Ellie's visual stuck with me through the years so I decided to use it and change a few things. You'll notice that Syzygy used to have a "Split-face" shown here:

Syzygy's character: Now with any character you want to create, I highly suggest that you create the "character" before the visual. What do I mean by that? I mean figure out WHO your character is before you want to draw them out. This will help in their overall design, if that's what you're looking to do. It will affect their actions, thoughts, and effect on other characters. I made this mistake with most of the characters I have now, and its rather difficult to make changes with them. You can see how I changed Syg's rough edges & intense colors with softer colors and rounder edges. I want to protray him as a fun loving, kind, and happy sort of character. The image on the right shows how I could've protrayed him as.
