I want to help but I don't know how. I want to help badly. You are my closest friend on here and seeing you struggle is horrible. I want to ****ing help but I'm not sure how too.

I’m sorry you ha e to go through this pain I may not go through what your going through but I do have depression and anxiety so this is how I feel everytime I go to school..... And I put everone else’s happiness before mine SOooOooooo what can I do to help?
