LinkYou walk by a dark room and something caught your eye. You look inside and see Jay sitting in the corner with huge niches cut out of his arm, crying and holding a bloody knife, what do you do?

reed: *grabs jay's hand that has the knife* dude stop, your hurting yourself. please stop and take a second to think what your doing
reed: *sighs* well, you can start by putting down the knife and letting me bandage up your arm.
Jay: *he defeatedly slides the knife across the floor*

reed: this may sting a bit *puts antibacterial stuff on jay's wounds so they don't get infected*
Reed: * wraps the bandages tight around jays arm* ok there it’s all fixed up
RicK: *walks towards jay* please, dont hurt yourself. I can help
Rick: *sits down next to Jay* Whats wrong? C'mon, you can talk to me
Rick: I-I know someone who can heal anything, even a broken heart
Jaine ran over, as calmly as possible despite freaking out. "Jay, why'd you do this to yourself?" she asked in a soothing tone.
Walter: *sits down* I’m no good at this but uhm... *looks up* why are you doing this..?
Walter: you don’t need to answer but please... don’t do that anymore, okay? It may not help but this won’t fix anything, trust me. I’ll help okay? I’m right here for you... even if I don’t really even know you... I’m right here
Jay: *slides the knife half way across the floor and stares at it*
Me: AHHH NOO YOU'RE HURTtiNG yOUrSeLF *Runs over and grabs knife*
Are you okay? TALK TO ME
Me: Hey man.. You're okay, see? *runs and gets a cup of water*
So whats going on?
Me: You're okay...here, drink up *hands him the glass*

Jay: *he pounded the glass of water, wiped off his mouth, and looked up at the ceiling*
“I h-hurt him” he said in a cracked gravelly voice
Me: Who? *Takes glass of water, bandages arm while waiting for him to talk*
Me: As long as he's alive, everything has a chance to be fixed. But *sorta smiles awkwardly cause I'm awkward* You have to be alive and well too. Can you tell me what happened?
Jay: “my brothers an asshole, he’s always been that way. I couldn’t take his shit any longer. All I did was punch him and made our relationship 10 times worse.”
*he frantically blurted out*
Me: Even if he was an asshole, punching him was wrong, although I'm sure you know that. If you go and apologise, and he doesn't take it, that's HIS problem. You would've done your part. But, if you still push for the relationship, then even better on you. You don't deserve this! You would deserve MUCH better than this! *gestures at knife and now-bandaged hand*
