With anatomy of the head or body draw just lines and circles for the head neck arms and legs on the size u want them to be. The body will be like a square or rectangle depending on the size too.

id reccommend using like references to help you in such yk? they really help and its not cheating to use em !! tutorials can help masdively with shadingg but what i think you should keep in mind is which way the light is coming frok, for example if it was behind you and you were facing forward, your face and body in the front would be dark n shaded whilst the back would be light n stuff you know? i suck at explanations but i hope it helped. also do you use pinterest?
