Very nicely done! I love the shading and lighting, as well as the perspective (as, it is difficult to perfect that)! The background is also very amazing if I must say vwv Unfortunately, some spaces on Tom were not colored, so the background design/color kind of leaked into him. Besides that, though, it's a wonderful drawing!
