it's alright, but a few things.
this looks a lot more like a cat then a dog. try giving it floppy ears next time.
the color of the fur seems a bit too bright. try making it, maybe, white with black spots or something similar.
the collar seems a bit thick. use thinner lines.

and im making another dog because yeah true the ears are pretty cat like
