the first circle is obv the head. the line in the face the goes str8 up to down is where the face's center is, telling which way the head is facing. the other line stretching from left to right on the head shows where the bottom of the eyes will sit and the top of the muzzle sometimes

then there is a line coming off the head which will be the neck, and you can decide its length. then you draw a circle below that and it will be the chest. then you kinda draw lil curve things from the bottom of head to top of chest
