Linklets get it out here. im pretty neutral on the whole thing. so here's how i see it. kinda dumb to fight over this shit. but, well, here is my opinion. only an opinion, im not invalidating you.
first, i identify as panromantic asexual. im romantically interested in all genders regardless of gender.
what does that mean? well, i dont really have any preferences. if i leaned masculine, i could identify myself as bi. but i dont. i dont lean any certain way, which qualifies me as pan.
i dont think that bi is strictly boy and girl, i believe that its fluid, and can include all genders. so 2+. you can like nonbinarys and women and still be bi. you can like all genders but lean feminine and still identify as bi. its just what fits you the most, in a way. ive identified as bi in the past, and didnt feel as if that label fit me, so i went with pan. i do think there are some toxic ass people out there saying that bi people dont exist, and that is unfortunate. but there are also bi people that think pan people (pt1)

Linkdont exist. its just become some toxic bullshit where two sides of the story have different opinions. and i guess thats alright, until people start bashing someone else for their sexuality. ive seen both sides. i have resieved hateful comments because i was both pan and ace (them saying that ace people arent valid but thats a different subject), so i know how it feels. there was one that was just purely bashing me, and then there was one that actually gave me evidence on why bierasure is a thing. and honestly, i do believe its a thing thats happening, as there are some pan people judging bi people on their sexuality. now, that doesnt mean im just goint to "change" my sexuality becayse im seen as transphobic or biphobic, as im really not. the main definition that people use to back up the bi side is something along the lines of "it includes men, women, and trans people," obviously angling towards the whole "trans people dont fit in the category of gender that they identify as," which isnt true at all. (pt 2)

LinkThat definition is outdated and yes, transphobic. that was a long time ago, and only included 3 out of what... 53 genders? nowadays, what the definition basically is, is "a person that likes all genders, with little no preference over 1 or more genders." So really, identify as whatever the **** you want. im not going to judge you for being bi, im not going to judge you for being pan. everyone is valid besides people who "identify" as MAPs
