it's basically a synonym of alzheimers and it's something that affects elderly people. You start forgetting things like your old memories, where you are, what you're doing, and who people are. Basically your brain self destructs and at the end you can't even remember how to walk. It's a genuinely horrifying thought to be trapped in your own collapsing brain like that
Yes its 6 hours no the guy that made it odesnt have dementia. He made it to simulate having dementia, but the creator very definitely doesn't have dementia

I remember finishing the album at around 2 am and I was not having a good time. Like I even cried in the beginning because the music reminded so much of my great grandma and it became so much worse for me at the end because of how haunting the music is after hour 6. I give so much credit to whoever create/help with the project
As far as i know the music was all one dude. The paintings were another dude but the music was all Leyland Kirby. A king and also great hair
