i dont think the sleeping position matters but i find that the most helpful method for beginners is the raven method lol but it all depends on the person! so try one method for a few days and then switch to a different one if it isnt working, but dont try a new method every night lol

i draw key frames and then the in betweens and i usually always draw a double frame flr each one so it looks more fluid and life like i imagine (or use a reference) how an object would move in a 3d space (like weight, mass, drag, arches, etc) and then draw it in 2d.
