Maybe you can ask why? As for friends on fa, you have to try and keep commenting on their anims, carp posts or not. not just for art and all that. Not saying you do that though- Just keep in the loop and check in on them everyday. That’ll get them. Maybe even small arts and doodles for your favorite ships and rps. People like to feel included and they want you to know you’re always thinking of them even when you don’t talk at that particular time. Let’s them know you care and they’ll learn to care for you lots too. Main reasons friends drift apart is because of lack of interaction or the lacking of feeling involved. But hey, that’s just a theory, a psychological theory. All jokes aside, I may be wrong but it’s just what my mind notices, and maybe that’s why people mainly comment more on oc posts and such. Of course this isn’t the Rule or the thing of all cases, might not even be true but I want to do my best to help you.
