Someone who is intersex is born with several combined characteristics of male and female, Intersex is on a biological scale do to your chromosomes not matching the gender you appear as People often mistake Klinefelter’s or turner’s syndrome with being intersex but they are not, people with Klinefelter’s Are biologically male regardless of having xxy chromosomes and people with Turner’s syndrome are biologically female do to having one X chromosome Being transgender is when your gender identity doesn’t match the sex you were born as, there was a physical transition, and that’s the part people get confused about because even though someone who is intersex Can transition to a new gender identity ,someone who is transgender cannot transition to intersex.
