Trying different styles can help like maybe take a few styles from two of your inspos and try to mix them to something you like? If it’s realism you want to improve on maybe watch speedpaints to see how the artist goes about to make the picture if it’s poses google some poses and reference them what exactly are you wanting to improve on?

-look at other people's art for inspiration. see what makes their pieces unique and what makes them different from yours/others, and expand on that.
-have a goal in mind for what you want the result to be, especially when working with colors. when I think "pfp" for example, I want to make something that pops and draws attention. when i think something that is calm and scenic i go for tones that blend well together.
-finally just practice lol thats what everyone says
(your art is really good and you're one of my inspirations! keep up the good work because you're really talented! :D)
