North Korean government are constantly threatening to nuke multiple countries (the US, S.K, and Japan) which can put stress on government symbols and citizens, for instance when North Korea sent a nuke that flew across Japan and landed in the ocean later on, and also when S.K set up a Christmas tree that was visible from the North Korean border, North Korean authorities saw this as a threat, and threatened to nuke/bomb it’s the South counterpart.
