Draw the hair first, then draw the eyes so that the hair overlaps them, not the other way around.

I do draw the hair first, just sometimes I don’t erase the part of the eyes that’s over lapped, but I will now Thank you :)

For hair, use like little triangles on the skeleton to get a base shape (just a sec Ima demonstrate)
