You could Let people/users do Avatar requests, like you can get requests from other users to use fanart or a fan-animation for an avatar.

My brother once peed and went diarea, but he was like four and he didnt flush, so he literally stuck his hand in his own pee and almost ate his own poop, but my mom caught him and stopped him, I still think about that moment and the same exact mind image, every time I use the bathroom after him...

I have ideas for how to get FlipAnim's attention.
1) Make a super good animation, and in the comments, write down the suggestion. Then, FlipAnim will feature the animation, and in the process of doing so read the comment. (probably won't work one bit)
2) Spam the comments of an animation until the servers in FlipAnim's cloud cannot hold all the information. Then, FlipAnim would have to look at the comments.
I just made these up. They probably are just some wacky ideas that have no practical value to them.
