LinkHere’s to sun it up. It was a really loud pep rally with lots of flashing lights. They were all shining in my eyes and I was about to cry

LinkI asked a teacher to leave and he let me out. The second I got out of the building I started to cry my eyes out and curled up into a ball outside of my advisory

I’m okay now, I’m in after school care and I cried in the bathroom before coming here. I hate school. I hate pep rally’s. And I hate my friends
I’m pretty sure the symptoms your describing is an anxiety attack, but I can’t exactly tell (was it instantaneous or slowly getting worse?) the main part of a panic attack is the feeling that your about to die/dying, and altered breathing from stress, while anxiety attacks are mostly emotional
Still sorry you had to deal with that stress though

I don’t know how tot describe it I was crying and could barely breath se maybe that’s just because us the crying but idk

Apparently I’m very sensitive to loud noises and flashing lights and that set it off
