Context: Spider (the blue one) married a rich old man dying of a supposed terminal illness a few years ago, hoping to inherit his money once he kicks the bucket. Unfortunately for Spider, the old man overcame his illness and they've been married for five years. He's still not dead and it doesn't seem like he'll be dying of anything other than "mysterious circumstances" anytime soon... I'm not sure why she's blue though. That's the real mystery here

But most of those are just two different body types/hairstyles. Not only that, but some artists may have their own artstyle too- doesn't make it objectively wrong.
