If you are bullied do not keep it silent, tell a adult you trust,i know some adults aren't always going to pay attention but,never stay silent don't let the bullying continue it may only be verbal bullying at one point of time but verbal bullying can turn into physical bullying. Try to stand up for yourself don't let them push you down, always get back up show them they cant push you around. Bullying is something that can cause depression 60% of children get depression from bullying. Make a movement!
