and once you walk in, you can't get out. where is the one place you can't use a car to drive out of? woods. to many trees. so how the hell am I supposed to get out of this mess that I'm always in. that I've been in for months. this account has existed for 1 month, other accounts have existed before. it's for the purpose of relieving anxiety. the same anxiety that I call a forest.

jusaidknfd the amount of times I just shut people out is bad. and I make so many private vents just, talking to myself. then I convince myself things that I shouldn't. then I go on, believing them. metaphors help me understand things. simplifying problems just makes it easier. How's there a metaphor for something so complex to the point you don't understand it and no one does. it's like the words longest woods. but with no path. and no specific area's. You could be walking and you see sand. you think "Sandy woods?? That's odd. whatever!" and keep going. then see snow. "Why is there snow in sandy woods??" then see rivers, and so much more. but it's not fascinating. it's scary. and cold. and lonely. and everything you don't want

I have anxiety but react way to badly. now everyone probably thinks I'm faking it. which makes me keep it bottled up. which makes it worse
